Australian Celtic Music Awards

Although Siobhan could not attend the 2014 Australian Celtic Music Awards Night, we have discovered she won the Best Contemporary Celtic Song with her track “Caledonia”. Her producer, Quentin Eyers, won Best Producer of a Celtic Album for Siobhan’s “Storybook Journey”. She was also a finalist in the following sections: Best Traditional Celtic Song (Black is the Colour), Be st Female Voice and Celtic Artist of the Year! She will have the trophies presented to her at the National Celtic Festival, Portarlington.

Tristan & Yseult ~ The French Project!

Siobhan has been given a leading role in a Celtic/Symphonic Ballet by French writer/composer/producer Alan Simon, based on the legendary love story of Tristan & Yseult (Isolde). Siobhan is the voice of Yseult. The was CD released on March 3 2014, and the World Premiere show was held at Zenith Nantes, France on March 7 2014. A video of the show will be broadcast on national French TV in October, with the DVD released shortly afterwards. A European tour is planned for 2015.
